The invention provides a motor vehicle parking space intelligent ground lock which comprises a fixing assembly, and the fixing assembly comprises a supporting rod, a connecting plate, a through hole, a groove, a guide rod, a spring and a sliding rod. A main body assembly is arranged on one side of the fixing assembly, and the main body assembly comprises a shell, a placement groove and a geomagnetic sensor. Whether a vehicle enters a parking space or not is detected through the geomagnetic sensor, and after the vehicle is forcibly parked above the parking lock for a long time, the intelligent parking lock starts to give an alarm, reminds a driver to adjust the vehicle as soon as possible, notifies an administrator to manage the vehicle in time and ensures normal charging of a parking lot; the distance between a vehicle and the intelligent parking lock is detected through the ultrasonic sensor, when the distance is short, an alarm is given to remind a driver to pay attention, prompting is conducted through light reflection and signal lamps, the situation that the parking lock is ignored by the driver at night is prevented, the spring plays a buffering role, and the parking lock and the vehicle are protected against damage within a certain distance after the parking lock is impacted.
