Road and bridge construction compaction grouting device
A compaction grouting device for road and bridge construction solves the problems that an existing compaction grouting punching mode is tedious in operation and low in drilling efficiency, and the working time is prolonged. Comprising a crawler, the crawler is fixedly connected with a grouting machine, a slurry bin and a water bin, the grouting machine is provided with a feeding port and a discharging port, the lower end of the slurry bin is provided with a discharging pipe, the water bin is communicated with a water drainage pipe, the discharging pipe is communicated with a first valve, and the water drainage pipe is provided with a second valve; the crawler is provided with an angle-adjustable supporting frame, a base capable of moving up and down is arranged on the supporting frame, a driving rod capable of moving up and down during reciprocating rotation is arranged in the base, the driving rod is fixedly connected with a connecting base, the lower end of the connecting base is fixedly connected with an inserting pipe, the lower end of the inserting pipe is fixedly connected with a grouting pipe, and a cavity communicated with the inserting pipe is formed in the connecting base. A branch pipe communicated with the cavity is arranged on the side face of the connecting block and fixedly connected with a detachable slurry inlet hose, and the other end of the slurry inlet hose is fixedly connected with the discharging port. The supporting frame is provided with a penetrating hole matched with the inserting pipe and a pipe clamping mechanism.
