The invention relates to the technical field of construction safety, and discloses a cast-in-place pile orifice reinforcing mesh protection construction method which comprises the steps that the pile position of a cast-in-place pile is determined, and a pile casing is buried; a ground reinforcing mesh is laid on the periphery of the pile casing; drilling at the pile position to form a pile hole; after the pile hole is drilled to a set depth, a top reinforcing mesh is placed; construction is conducted on the top reinforcing mesh, and the sediment thickness at the bottom of the pile hole is measured; the top reinforcing mesh is moved out, a reinforcement cage is put into the pile hole, a pouring frame is placed on the top of the exposed section, a pouring reinforcing mesh is arranged on the periphery of the pouring frame, and the pouring frame and the pouring reinforcing mesh cover the hole opening; and a pouring pipe is put into the pile hole through a pouring frame, concrete is poured into the pile hole, and the pouring pile is formed after solidification. Thus, by means of the laid ground reinforcing mesh, the top reinforcing mesh laid when the thickness of the sediment at the bottom of the pile hole is measured and the pouring reinforcing mesh adopted when concrete is poured, an operator can conduct construction in a safety protection state all the time, and construction is convenient, safe and reliable.
