The invention discloses a soft and hard garbage isolation treatment resistance-reducing blocking-free desilting digging and sucking integrated device which comprises a desilting hopper, a steel frame, a cutting and crushing pump, a coupler and a hydraulic motor, the coupler is connected with the cutting and crushing pump and the hydraulic motor, the cutting and crushing pump, the coupler and the hydraulic motor are arranged in the steel frame, the cutting and crushing pump is communicated with the desilting hopper, and the desilting hopper is communicated with the steel frame. The desilting hopper comprises a hopper body, an arc-shaped cavity of a streamline structure is formed in the rear portion of the hopper body, and an upper end opening of the cavity communicates with an inlet of the cutting and crushing pump.
