The invention discloses a mounting plate of a concealed box. The mounting plate is provided with a first mounting groove, a first mounting surface and a second mounting surface, the concealed box is mounted on the mounting plate and is suitable for being arranged in the first mounting groove; the first mounting surface, the bottom surface of the first mounting groove and the second mounting surface are sequentially arranged from front to back; the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface face backwards; the bottom surface of the first mounting groove faces forwards; the first installation face is suitable for being attached to the outer surface of the solid wall, and the second installation face is suitable for being attached to the outer surface of the display board. The problems that the assembling problem in the installation process of a solid wall and a display board is solved, different grooves need to be formed in the display board for different concealed installation boxes, and the grooving cost is high are solved.
