本发明公开了一种大跨度弧形装配式钢构件防变形结构,包括立柱、多根第一弧形梁、第二弧形梁和定位梁,立柱上设置定位盘,第一弧形梁和第二弧形梁分别固定在相应的定位盘上,第一弧形梁和第二弧形梁相对设置且连接处通过紧固件固定,定位梁的外壁抵接在第一弧形梁和第二弧形梁的连接处,定位梁和立柱之间设置多个伸缩结构,伸缩结构和弧形梁之间设置承重梁。本发明可以解决大跨度顶棚设计施工以硬连接为主,虽结构稳定,但是对高强度的钢材需求量极大,结构复杂,装配安装较为耗时,人工成本较大以及钢拱杆结构较为单一,难以适配不规则形状的顶棚设计对装配和稳定性的需求的问题。
