Bionic multistable deployable mechanism
The invention discloses a bionic multistable deployable mechanism which comprises a bottom plate, a quadrilateral frame, a trilateral frame and a movable rod, wherein the quadrilateral frame, the trilateral frame and the movable rod are arranged on the bottom plate. A connecting shaft is arranged on the bottom plate, a straight sliding groove is formed in the end of the connecting shaft, and a movable rod is installed in the straight sliding groove in a sliding mode. The quadrilateral frame is of a deformable frame structure formed by rotatably connecting four rod bodies and has the use states that the quadrilateral frame is folded to an isosceles triangle, the bottom edge of the isosceles triangle is concave inwards and the bottom edge of the isosceles triangle is convex outwards. Each trilateral frame is of a deformable frame structure formed by rotationally connecting two rod bodies and a movable rod, and the two trilateral frames both have the use state that the trilateral frames and the movable rod are coaxially arranged after being folded; the movable rod is installed on the bottom plate in a sliding mode, and the sliding check block is used for abutting against a baffle of the quadrilateral frame so as to maintain the deformation state. Through mutual combination of the structures, mutual switching of five forms can be achieved, and therefore the problem that an existing deployable mechanism is insufficient in convertible form is practically solved.
