The prefabricated concrete-filled steel tube composite column comprises common concrete, a steel tube, a longitudinal bar, a crossed spiral stirrup net, high-performance concrete UHPC and a prestressed steel belt. Round steel belt hoops formed by surrounding prestressed steel belts are arranged on the outer surface of the steel pipe at equal intervals. Four longitudinal bars with the same length as the steel pipe are arranged around the steel pipe at equal intervals in the column length direction; a crossed spiral stirrup net is wound on the outer surfaces of the four longitudinal bars; the steel pipes are filled with the common concrete, and the exteriors of the steel pipes, the longitudinal bars and the crossed spiral stirrup net are poured by the high-performance concrete to form a cuboid. According to the construction method, partial prefabrication and partial cast-in-place are adopted, manufacturing of the prefabricated part of the concrete-filled steel tube composite column is completed in a factory, and only concrete in the steel tube needs to be poured on site. The structure is excellent in performance, convenient and fast to construct and remarkable in economic benefit.
