The invention discloses a construction method of a high-strength self-leveling thermal insulation slurry ground thermal insulation layer. The construction method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing thermal insulation slurry; (2) cleaning the base floor: cleaning the base floor to be constructed by using a bush hammer to keep the base floor flat and clean; (3) thickness control line setting: according to design requirements, slope making and paying-off are carried out, and the thickness control lines are popped up on the wall surfaces around the base layer; (4) slurry construction is conducted, specifically, the prepared heat preservation slurry is constructed, and the pouring thickness and the construction flatness are controlled during construction; and (5) curing: performing curing treatment on the constructed slurry to finally obtain the thermal insulation slurry ground thermal insulation layer. According to the construction method, operation is convenient, the construction process is simple and convenient, but the thermal insulation layer obtained through final construction is high in strength, good in crack resistance and not prone to deformation, the probability of hollowing and cracking is low, and therefore it can be guaranteed that the thermal insulation layer has good application performance.
本发明一种高强度自流平保温浆料地面保温层施工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)保温浆料的配置;(2)基层地面清洁:使用凿毛机对待施工的基层地面进行清理,使基层地面保持平整和干净;(3)厚度控制线:根据设计要求找坡放线,在基层四周的墙面上弹出厚度控制线;(4)浆料施工:将配置好的保温浆料进行施工,期间控制浇注的厚度和施工的平整度;(5)养护:对于施工完成的浆料进行养护处理,最终得到保温浆料地面保温层。本发明该施工方法操作方便,施工过程较为简便,但是最终施工得到的保温层的强度高、抗裂性好、不容易变形,且产生空鼓和裂缝的概率较低,因此能够保证保温层具有较好的应用表现。
