The invention belongs to the technical field of quartering hammers, particularly relates to a mute quartering hammer, and aims to solve the problem of lasting and huge noise caused by high-frequency impact when an existing quartering hammer is impacted, and provides the following scheme: the mute quartering hammer comprises a main body shell which is integrally of a cuboid structure; a guide sliding hole, an impact chamber, a striker chamber and a nitrogen chamber which are vertical and coaxially communicated with one another are formed in the bottommost end of the main body shell, an oil way system communicated with the striker chamber is arranged in the main body shell, and an inlet and an outlet of the oil way system are located in the right side face, namely the side away from the nitrogen chamber, of the main body shell; a firing pin rod is slidably connected into the firing pin chamber, a steel chisel drill bit is slidably inserted into the bottom end of the guide sliding hole, a sinking groove is formed in the bottom end of the firing pin rod, and a screw hole is formed in the groove bottom of the sinking groove. By means of the sponge block embedded in the lower surface of the firing pin rod, noise transmission can be reduced during high-frequency impact, noise is absorbed by the sponge block as much as possible, and meanwhile the annular sound absorption cotton ring can block transmission of a part of noise.
本发明属于破碎锤技术领域,尤其是一种静音型破碎锤,针对现有的破碎锤撞击时因高频撞击导致噪音持久巨大的问题,现提出以下方案,包括整体呈长方体结构的主体外壳,所述主体外壳的最底端开有竖直且互相同轴连通的导向滑孔、撞击室、撞针室和氮气室,且主体外壳的内部设置有与撞针室互相连通的油路系统,油路系统的进出口位于主体外壳的右侧面即远离氮气室的一侧,所述撞针室内滑动连接有撞针杆,且导向滑孔的底端滑动插接有钢钎钻头,所述撞针杆的底端开有沉槽,且沉槽的槽底开有螺孔。本发明通过设置在撞针杆下表面嵌装的海绵块,可以在高频撞击的时候,减小噪音的传播,尽量被海绵块吸收的同时环形吸音棉环也能阻隔一部分噪音的传播。
