The invention provides development of a cable working well lock. A cable well cover comprises a cable industrial cover, a lock protection cover and a vent hole. The vent holes are symmetrically formed in the two ends of the cable industrial cover, the lock protection cover is arranged in the center of the cable industrial cover, and the lock and the lock cylinder are arranged below the lock protection cover. The lock protection cover is of a rotary buckle type and comprises a rotary buckle foot, a rotary buckle foot groove position, a rotary buckle foot groove inlet opening and a lock protection cover base. The lock cylinder is of a hollow lock cylinder structure and comprises a lock cylinder hole, a lock head and lock head sawteeth. The working well lock adopts a double-side single-lock locking mode of a split well lid, and two lock heads are controlled by one lock. According to the cable work well lock, the cable work well cover can be effectively prevented from being lost, the well cover theft cost, the good maintenance cost and the human resource cost caused by theft of the well cover are reduced, and the economic benefits are obvious.
