The invention relates to a groove type connecting and assembling structure of a door leaf and a door frame, which comprises the door leaf, the door frame and a hinge mechanism, nesting connecting grooves are respectively arranged on the side edges of the door leaf and the door frame, and the nesting connecting grooves are of a connecting groove structure with a narrow notch, a wide groove body, a narrow upper part and a wide lower part. The hinge mechanism is composed of a left hinge piece, a right hinge piece, a middle hinge piece, a sliding block and a locking bolt. Screw mounting holes are formed in the left hinge piece and the right hinge piece, screw holes are formed in the sliding blocks, and the sliding blocks are embedded in the nesting connecting grooves and are correspondingly locked into the screw holes of the sliding blocks through locking bolts penetrating through the screw mounting holes, so that the sliding blocks and the nesting connecting grooves are tightly engaged and fixed together; the left hinge piece is fixedly connected with the door leaf, and the right hinge piece is fixedly connected with the door frame.
