The invention relates to energy-saving glass composed of a plurality of PET film hollow assemblies and a preparation method of the energy-saving glass, the energy-saving glass composed of the plurality of PET film hollow assemblies comprises the plurality of PET film hollow assemblies with thermal insulation performance, and further comprises first glass, second glass and a spacer; the first glass and the second glass are oppositely arranged in parallel, all the PET film hollow assemblies serve as independent components to be arranged between the first glass and the second glass in a stacked mode, and one PET film hollow assembly adjacent to the first glass is connected with the first glass through a spacer at intervals. One PET film hollow assembly adjacent to the second glass is connected with the second glass at an interval through a spacer, and two adjacent PET film hollow assemblies are connected with each other at an interval through a spacer. In the multi-cavity medium transfer process, heat energy attenuation is generated when radiant heat energy passes through the surface of a medium material every time, and therefore the energy-saving glass composed of the multiple PET film hollow assemblies has no less than four PET medium material surfaces, and the excellent energy-saving performance is achieved.
