The invention relates to a sustainable control method for a desertification grassland, and the method comprises the following steps: S101, grassland desertification measurement: measuring the grassland desertification degree through an unmanned plane, and emphatically marking an area with the desertification exceeding 70%; s102, hydrothermal condition measurement: measuring the hydrothermal condition of the grassland area through multi-element remote sensing; s201, the grassland area to be treated is subjected to mechanical enclosure or biological enclosure to form a closed area; s202, grass checks are laid on the grassland area with more than 70% of desertification measured in the step S101; s300, irrigation, wherein the grassland area to be treated is subjected to bottom water irrigation or spray irrigation; s400, sowing, wherein grass seeds are sprayed through an unmanned aerial vehicle after bottom water irrigation is conducted for 1-2 days; if spray irrigation is adopted, grass seeds are sprayed immediately after spray irrigation is finished; s500, re-irrigation: after the grass seeds are sprayed for 10-15 days, performing spray irrigation or water diversion irrigation on the area where the grass seeds are sprayed according to the hydrothermal condition of the grassland area; and S600, pesticide spraying: after the grass seeds germinate and grow for a period of time, spraying the pesticide through the unmanned aerial vehicle.
