The multifunctional mirror cabinet comprises a cabinet body, a mirror surface moving plate, a counterweight roller gear set and an electric drive gear set, guide rail groove strips are arranged on the inner side of the cabinet body, the two ends of the mirror surface moving plate are arranged in the guide rail groove strips of the cabinet body in a sleeving mode, and the mirror surface moving plate can move up and down; racks are arranged on the two sides of the rear plate of the mirror surface moving plate; the counter-weight roller gear set and the electric driving gear set are arranged above a back plate in the cabinet body, the counter-weight roller gear set is provided with two gears which are meshed with two racks on a rear plate of the mirror surface moving plate respectively, and the electric driving gear set is provided with a driving gear which is meshed with a driven gear arranged on the counter-weight roller gear set. The driving shaft is fixedly connected with a motor shaft through a shaft sleeve. The weight of the mirror surface moving plate * the radius of the left gear = the radius of the counterweight roller * the weight of the sand grains, a lever balance relation is formed, the mirror surface moving plate is easily controlled to move up and down or stop by electrifying a handle or a motor, and practicability and convenience are achieved.
