The invention discloses a preparation method of a nanoscale composite reinforcing material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-45 parts of superfine fly ash, 3-5 parts of modified sodium humate, 0.1-0.5 part of hydroxylated graphene oxide, 0.5-2 parts of nano SO2 and 6-10 parts of slaked lime. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing sodium humate from humic acid, and then carrying out graft copolymerization on the sodium humate and acrylamide to prepare modified sodium humate; s2, preparing graphene oxide through a Hummers method, and reacting the graphene oxide with glycerol to prepare hydroxylated graphene oxide; s3, the raw materials are added into a mixing machine according to the proportion to be stirred and mixed to be uniform, and the nanoscale composite reinforcing material is obtained.
