The preparation method comprises the following steps: in the hydration process of cement, dissolving the cement and the cement into a whole through chemical reaction to form stable solid particles with strong hydrophobicity, filling capillary pores and micro cracks in concrete, and enabling the concrete to form a waterproof body; the method specifically comprises the following steps: adding a dispersant into purified water and stirring; adding the defoaming agent, pouring the mixed animal fatty acid and emulsifier, and stirring; and adding the cement modifier and stirring to obtain the rigid waterproof material. The rigid waterproof material disclosed by the invention is the only waterproof material capable of enabling the concrete member and the cement mortar to be permanently waterproof without being compounded with other auxiliaries, and fills the blank of the industry in the aspect. Cement components made of the rigid waterproof material cannot be frozen and thawed, and the waterproof mortar can avoid the anti-alkali phenomenon.
