The invention provides a pipeline thermal insulation layer containing a nano-mesoporous thermal insulation material, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 40 to 50 parts of Portland cement, 20 to 30 parts of nitrile rubber, 10 to 20 parts of phenolic resin, 5 to 10 parts of sorbitol, 10 to 20 parts of polyvinyl butyral, 10 to 20 parts of nano-mesoporous material, 5 to 10 parts of aluminum silicate fiber, 0.2 to 0.4 part of water repellent, 0.2 to 0.4 part of dispersing agent and 10 to 20 parts of modified expanded perlite. The method can be used for preparing most metal materials and oxides, the problems that a traditional mesoporous material preparation method is complex in operation, high in cost and difficult to industrialize can be solved, and the method has huge application prospects. The expanded perlite is subjected to secondary modification through the mixed emulsion containing the styrene-acrylic emulsion and the VAE emulsion, the water absorption of the heat preservation layer is further reduced, and the compressive strength of the heat preservation layer is remarkably improved.
本发明提供含有纳米介孔绝热材料的管道保温层,由以下质量分数的组分:硅酸盐水泥40‑50份、丁腈橡胶20‑30份、酚醛树脂10‑20份、山梨醇5‑10份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10‑20份、纳米介孔材料10‑20份、硅酸铝纤维5‑10份、憎水剂0.2‑0.4份、分散剂0.2‑0.4份、改性膨胀珍珠岩10‑20份,本方法可以针对大多数金属材料和氧化物的制备,可以解决传统介孔材料制备方法操作复杂、成本高和难以工业化的问题,拥有巨大的应用前景,本发明采用有机硅乳液对膨胀珍珠岩进行一次改性,降低了保温层的吸水性,提高了保温板的抗压强度,本发明通过含苯丙乳液和VAE乳液的混合乳液对膨胀珍珠岩进行二次改性,不仅进一步降低了保温层的吸水性,还显著提高了保温层的抗压强度。
