Preparation method of organic-inorganic hybrid SiO2/APFs composite material
The invention discloses a preparation method of an organic-inorganic hybrid SiO2/APFs composite material, and belongs to the technical field of polyamide fiber composite materials. Comprising the following steps: adding an organic solvent into an alkaline solution to form a mixed solution, adding APFs, stirring and dissolving to form a solution, adding water into the solution, and continuously stirring to prepare aromatic polyamide fiber gel; washing the aromatic polyamide fiber gel in water, and dispersing the washed aromatic polyamide fiber gel in ethanol to obtain an aromatic polyamide fiber alcoholic solution; taking the aromatic polyamide fiber alcoholic solution, adding an organic and/or inorganic silicon source, stirring, adding a hydrophobic organic solvent, pouring into a mold, sealing, standing, aging, and drying in vacuum to obtain the organic-inorganic hybrid SiO2/APFs composite material. In the preparation process of the organic silicon aerogel, the characteristic that inorganic silicon is rich in-OH is utilized, the inorganic silicon and the APFs form hydrogen bonds, and the reinforcing and toughening effects of the APFs on the silicon-based aerogel are better exerted.
本发明公开了一种有机‑无机杂化SiO2/APFs复合材料的制备方法,属于聚酰胺纤维复合材料技术领域。包括如下步骤:在碱性溶液中加入有机溶剂形成混合液,加入APFs,搅拌溶解形成溶液,向溶液中加水继续搅拌,制备得到芳香族聚酰胺纤维凝胶;将芳香族聚酰胺纤维凝胶在水中洗涤,洗涤后分散在乙醇中得到芳香族聚酰胺纤维醇溶液;取芳香族聚酰胺纤维醇溶液,加入有机和/或无机硅源,搅拌后再加入疏水有机溶剂,倒入模具中,密封静置老化,真空干燥,得到有机‑无机杂化SiO2/APFs复合材料。本发明在有机硅气凝胶的制备过程中,利用无机硅富含‑OH的特点,与APFs形成氢键,更好的发挥APFs对硅基气凝胶的增强增韧效果。
