The invention relates to an environment-friendly permeable pavement. The environment-friendly permeable pavement comprises a base layer, a gravel layer and a concrete layer which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, water guide cavities are formed in the rubble layer at intervals in the length direction of the road surface, one end of each water guide cavity communicates with a water collecting well, a water permeable groove is formed in the concrete layer, a water guide pipe communicating with the water guide cavities is arranged at the bottom of the water permeable groove, a primary filter plate is connected to the water permeable groove, and a final filter plate is detachably connected to the top of the water guide pipe through a connecting piece. The device has the effect of relieving the problem that the road surface is damaged due to high-pressure water flushing.
