The expressway waste asphalt recycling and pyrolyzing device comprises a plurality of supports vertically arranged; the drying assembly is fixedly arranged on the support, the upper portion of the input end of the drying assembly communicates with and is fixedly provided with a cold material barrel, and the upper portion of the output end of the drying assembly communicates with and is fixedly provided with a flue gas discharging barrel; the heat source assembly is composed of a combustor and a combustion chamber which are connected, and the output end of the combustion chamber communicates with the input end of the drying assembly; a metering system and a hot material storage tank are sequentially arranged below the output end of the drying assembly, and the drying assembly is driven by a driving motor fixed to the side of the drying assembly. The drying assembly comprises an outer barrel fixed to the support, and a heat preservation barrel and a stirring and drying barrel are sequentially arranged in the outer barrel in a sleeved mode; and the output cylinder is fixedly arranged at the end part of the outer cylinder, and the output cylinder is communicated with the heat preservation cylinder and the metering system.
