The invention provides a cement stable layer construction formwork. The cement stable layer construction formwork comprises a fixed plate, a movable plate and two adjusting mechanisms. Wherein a long-strip-shaped hole is formed in the fixed plate in the vertical direction, and the movable plate is slidably connected to the top of the top plate in a covering mode in the vertical direction; the two adjusting mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the fixed plate correspondingly, the tops of the adjusting mechanisms make contact with the movable plate, and the adjusting mechanisms are used for adjusting the displacement or deflection angle of the movable plate relative to the fixed plate in the vertical direction. Limiting grooves are further formed in the two sides of the inner wall of the movable plate and used for limiting the tops of the two adjusting mechanisms. The movable plate is arranged above the fixed plate, the movable plate can be in sliding connection with the fixed plate in the vertical direction, meanwhile, the height of the movable plate relative to the fixed plate is adjusted through the adjusting mechanisms on the two sides of the fixed plate, and limiting grooves are further formed in the two sides of the inner wall of the movable plate so that displacement of the adjusting mechanisms in the vertical direction can be limited; and the height of the cement stable layer construction template is more convenient to adjust.
