The cantilever box girder concrete pouring device comprises a pouring mechanism, monitoring mechanisms and a plurality of material guiding mechanisms, the pouring mechanism comprises an outer box, a dumping mechanism arranged in the outer box, a material storage mechanism and a control mechanism, and the monitoring mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the outer box and used for shooting image information of the bottom of the pouring mechanism; the pouring mechanism and the monitoring mechanism are used in cooperation and connected with the control mechanism, the material guiding mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the outer box respectively, and tilt angle sensors are arranged in the two sides of the outer box and connected with the control mechanism. According to the invention, concrete scattering can be reduced when an outer box roll accident occurs, and constructors are prevented from being accidentally injured.
