The invention discloses a cylindrical pier curing film laying machine which comprises a climbing system, a wrapping system is connected to the climbing system, a moving system is connected to the climbing system, surrounding systems are symmetrically connected to the two ends of the climbing system, and the climbing system comprises an arc-shaped plate. A supporting frame used for being connected with the wrapping system is arranged on the arc-shaped plate, the surrounding system comprises a surrounding plate, and the surrounding plate is arranged at one end of the supporting frame. The climbing system and the surrounding system are arranged to be matched, the contact area of the device and the column pier is larger than 180 degrees, and therefore the device cannot fall off from the column pier in the process that the device spirally moves on the surface of the column pier. The function of winding the curing film along the path of the device can be achieved through the wrapping system arranged on the supporting frame, the curing film which is used for light is replaced through the wrapping system, the running time of the device is prolonged, and therefore the working efficiency of the device is improved.
