The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a pile foundation is poured; secondly, a foundation pit is excavated; thirdly, an operation area is dug; 4, breaking a pile head; fifthly, a first formwork is erected; sixthly, a cushion layer is poured; seventhly, bearing platform reinforcing steel bars are bound; eighthly, a second formwork and a third formwork are erected; ninthly, pier body embedded steel bars are in lap joint; tenthly, a bearing platform is poured; eleventhly, backfilling the foundation pit; twelfthly, binding pier body reinforcing steel bars, pouring a pier body, prefabricating a plate beam and erecting the plate beam; the operation area continues to be dug downwards on the bottom face of the foundation pit, the first formwork is erected on the periphery of the pile foundation, so that a protruding section can be formed when the bearing platform is poured and is embedded below the bottom face of the foundation pit, and the second formwork and the third formwork are erected to form an inserting part when the pier body is poured and are embedded below the upper surface of the bearing platform; the joints of the pile foundation and the bearing platform and the joints of the bearing platform and the pier body can better bear transverse loads, and the overall structural strength is enhanced.
