The invention relates to a quick replacement structure for an existing beam bridge. The quick replacement structure comprises a set of pier mechanisms, a set of temporary supporting mechanisms and a preparation bridge. The pier mechanism comprises a plurality of second supporting columns inserted into the ground and a base poured on the ground, the second supporting columns are located in the base and higher than the base, a prefabricated bearing platform is arranged on the surface of the base, and the second supporting columns are all inserted into the bearing platform; the temporary supporting mechanism comprises a plurality of first supporting columns inserted into the ground, a steel plate is placed between the bottoms of the first supporting columns, the surface of the steel plate is fixedly connected with a supporting plate, the supporting plate is flush with the bottom surface of the bearing platform, and a plurality of moving mechanisms for driving the prepared bridge to move are arranged on the surface of the supporting plate. The moving mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the preparation bridge; the problems that in the prior art, according to a traditional bridge replacement method, an old bridge is broken, then a new bridge is built on site, efficiency is low, and traffic of people is affected are solved.
