A pneumatic type two-way cement-soil mixing pile forming device comprises a two-way mixing pile machine, a slurry making system and a high-pressure air source, cement slurry is conveyed in a pneumatic pulse mode, a section of cement slurry and a section of high-pressure air are alternately formed in a slurry conveying pipeline, the pressure of the cement slurry can be improved, and the on-way pressure loss is reduced; when cement paste is sprayed out from the paste spraying opening, the atomization effect is achieved under the action of high-pressure air behind, and the cement paste is evenly distributed in the soil body; under the action of high-pressure air, attachments on a drill bit are punched away, and the phenomenon of drill holding is avoided; the mixing uniformity of the cement soil is improved, and the uniformity of the cement soil is greatly improved under the combined action of high-pressure air and a drill bit; air is added into the cement soil, the cement soil curing environment is changed, and the cement soil strength is improved. In addition, a mechanical stirring and pneumatic stirring combined mode is adopted for slurry preparation, a pneumatic stirring mode is adopted for slurry storage, meanwhile, a high-pressure air slurry pressing mode is adopted for conveying cement slurry, and the slurry conveying metering precision is improved.
一种气动式双向水泥土搅拌桩成桩装置,包括双向搅拌桩机、制浆系统和高压气源,采用气动脉冲方式输送水泥浆,在输浆管路里交替形成一段水泥浆、一段高压空气,可以提高水泥浆压力,减少沿程压力损失;当水泥浆从喷浆口喷出时,在后面高压空气作用下,起到雾化效果,使得水泥浆在土体里分布均匀;在高压空气作用下,将钻头上附着物冲开,解决“抱钻”现象;增加水泥土搅拌均匀性,水泥土在高压空气及钻头共同作用下,水泥土的均匀性大幅度提高;在水泥土里增加了空气,改变水泥土养护环境,提高水泥土强度。另外制浆采用机械搅拌和气动搅拌相结合的模式,储浆采用气动搅拌的模式,同时采用高压空气压浆的方式输送水泥浆,提高输浆计量的精度。
