The shock-resistant bracket comprises a bracket box, the bracket box is provided with a first face and a second face which are opposite in the first direction and a third face and a fourth face which are opposite in the second direction, the first face, the second face, the third face and the fourth face define a box inner cavity, m rows of supporting pieces are symmetrically installed on the third face and the fourth face in the box inner cavity, and m is larger than 1; the bracket sliding part at least partially extends into the inner cavity of the box body, n rows of clamping parts are arranged on the two opposite sides of the bracket sliding part in the second direction, n is larger than or equal to 1 and smaller than m, and the clamping parts on the two opposite sides are matched with the supporting parts on the third face and the fourth face in a clamped mode respectively. When the fish-belly sill is impacted by falling objects or other impacts, impact energy can be absorbed, the overall structure is protected, and the structural use requirement is met.
