According to the design, water stored in the water tank can be filtered, rotational flow can be formed in the water tank to wash the inner wall of the water tank, and the situation that water quality is affected by dirt easily generated due to the fact that the flowability of the water stored in the water tank is poor is avoided; meanwhile, scraped dirt can be automatically collected, the device is suitable for a large-size secondary water supply water tank, a worker does not need to enter the water tank for operation, and the tedious manual operation is avoided.
