Mainly by means of the hardware design that a cold water path, a hot water path and a cold and hot water mixing path for discharging water are arranged in a main body in a drilling mode, the three water paths can be integrally formed with the main body, and water is discharged from an annular water path surrounding the main body in combination with a water outlet, so that the problems of water seepage and the like caused by tolerance among assemblies or long-term use of a valve core are effectively solved; the main advantages that water seepage is avoided, water is effectively saved, a gasket is not needed, and poor sealing performance after aging is avoided are achieved.
本发明揭露一种阀座结构及其制造方法与水龙头结构及其制造方法,为一种使冷水路、热水路与混水路均与主体一体成型的阀座结构、水龙头结构其制造方法,本发明的水龙头结构包括阀座结构、阀芯与把手盖,借此,主要借由将用以出水的冷水路、热水路与冷热水的混水路以钻孔方式设置于主体内的硬件设计,致使三个水路可以与主体一体成型,再结合出水口由环绕主体的环状水路出水,有效解决因组件间的公差或阀芯长期使用而导致渗水等问题,确实达到避免渗水而有效节约用水,以及无须使用垫圈以避免老化后密封性不佳等主要优势。
