The invention discloses and provides a deep automatic drainage system and a drainage method, the deep automatic drainage system is simple in structure, can well adapt to the deep and narrow characteristics of a water accumulation pipe, and meets the drainage requirement of the water accumulation pipe; meanwhile, the drainage method is simple and effective, and the requirement for drainage with the depth exceeding ten meters can be met. The deep automatic drainage system comprises an inner pipe, a sealing joint, a one-way water stop valve, a drainage pipe and an inflation pipe, the lower end of the drainage pipe penetrates through the sealing joint and then extends into the inner pipe, the upper end of the drainage pipe is a drainage port, the lower end of the inflation pipe penetrates through the sealing joint and then extends into the inner pipe, and the upper end of the inflation pipe is connected with an air pump; the lower end of the drainage pipe is lower than the lower end of the inflation pipe, and the lower end of the drainage pipe and the lower end of the inflation pipe are both located between the sealing connector and the one-way water stop valve.
