A beam cantilever section is conveniently clamped and fixed through a clamping plate and an upper clamp, so that connection is firmer, the connection position is prevented from loosening, a fixing block can be adjusted by means of a spring of a reset spring, the fixing block can be conveniently clamped in a fixing groove for connection, and the fixing block can be conveniently clamped in the fixing groove for connection.
