The invention discloses a convenient-to-assemble assembly type steel member which comprises a first steel body, a second steel body and a connecting block, the two ends of the first steel body and the two ends of the second steel body are each provided with at least one mounting groove, limiting blocks are rotationally connected into the mounting grooves, first limiting grooves are formed in the limiting blocks, and connecting holes are formed in the connecting blocks. The ends of the first steel body and the second steel body are inserted into the two opposite ends of the connecting hole respectively, a plurality of limiting components are arranged on the two sides of the connecting block respectively, first through holes corresponding to the limiting components are formed in the connecting block, second limiting grooves are formed in the two sides of each first through hole respectively, and the second limiting grooves are located in the inner wall of the connecting block. A locking component is arranged at the upper end or the lower end of the connecting block, and when the limiting block rotates into the second limiting groove, one end of the locking component is inserted into the first limiting groove. Compared with the prior art, the problem that steel bodies cannot be reused due to the fact that mounting and dismounting between the steel bodies are inconvenient can be solved.
