The invention discloses an assembled building wall and floor connecting structure which comprises a clamping seat assembly and a fixing seat assembly, the clamping seat assembly is arranged at the bottom of a floor, the clamping seat assembly comprises multiple sets of first clamping seats and second clamping seats, the fixing seat assembly is arranged at the top of a wall, and the fixing seat assembly comprises multiple sets of first fixing seats and second fixing seats; wherein the first clamping seat is provided with a limiting pressing plate and a plurality of sets of limiting sliding blocks, the first fixing seat is provided with a sliding groove and a plurality of sets of limiting grooves, in the assembling process of the clamping seat assembly and the fixing seat assembly, the limiting sliding blocks are assembled in the sliding groove, and the limiting pressing plate is matched with the limiting grooves. An alternate structure is formed through cross design layout to form net-shaped connection, different first fixing bases and first clamping bases are distributed at intervals to form a net-shaped frame structure, and meanwhile the connectivity between a floor slab and a wall body is improved through cooperation of the limiting sliding blocks, the sliding grooves, the limiting pressing plates and the limiting grooves to form a mortise and tenon joint structure.
