The invention relates to the technical field of curtain wall installation, and particularly discloses an adjustable curtain wall support and a using method.The adjustable curtain wall support comprises a corner brace which is installed on a main body structure and moves vertically, a hanging piece which is installed on the corner brace and connected with a curtain wall, and a back bolt used for connecting the curtain wall and the hanging piece; a first long-strip-shaped hole is formed in the hanging piece in the horizontal direction, the back bolt is installed on the hanging piece, and one end of the back bolt penetrates through the long-strip-shaped hole to be connected with the curtain wall. The position of the curtain wall can be effectively adjusted in the horizontal direction and/or the vertical direction, so that the widths of gaps formed between adjacent curtain walls are consistent, and the construction quality of the curtain wall is greatly improved.
