The invention discloses a unit type curtain wall grating system which comprises two vertical plates and a plurality of grating plates arranged between the two vertical plates, first movable plates are arranged on the two sides of each grating plate, and second movable plates are arranged at the ends, away from the grating plates, of the first movable plates and the sides, close to the grating plates, of the vertical plates. Every two adjacent second movable plates are hinged through a hinge shaft, and the first movable plates and the second movable plates are hinged through hinge shafts. The grating units are prepared in advance, the multiple grating plates are connected through the first movable plates and the second movable plates, the first movable plates and the second movable plates are hinged through the hinge shafts, and every two adjacent second movable plates are hinged through the hinge shafts, so that the positions of the grating plates can be adjusted according to the bending radian of the outer vertical face of the building; the curtain wall grid unit can be assembled in advance, meanwhile, the curtain wall grid unit can be suitable for being used when a curved-surface building serves as an outer vertical face, and installation is more convenient.
