The invention relates to a fast-assembly type foaming expansion padlock tensioning building material plate device which comprises building material plate bodies and a leveling bottom frame mechanism, each building material plate body comprises a decorative surface layer plate, an aluminum alloy bottom layer plate and a plurality of vertical connecting battens, and the decorative surface layer plate and the aluminum alloy bottom layer plate are assembled together through connection of the vertical connecting battens. A plurality of cavity groove bodies are further formed between the decorative surface layer plate and the aluminum alloy bottom layer plate, the cavity groove bodies are further filled with foaming materials, and by means of the foaming expansion characteristic of the foaming materials, the decorative surface layer plate, the aluminum alloy bottom layer plate and the vertical connecting battens are tensioned and locked in a gapless mode to form an integral composite plate body. The leveling bottom frame mechanism is further provided with a clasp groove, and all the building material plate bodies are buckled with the clasp groove through the clasp strips of the aluminum alloy bottom layer plates of the building material plate bodies so that the building material plate bodies can be rapidly installed on the leveling bottom frame mechanism. The thermal insulation and sound insulation performance is good, separation is avoided, durability is achieved, environmental protection and safety are achieved, high strength and deformation are avoided, and installation and application are convenient and efficient.
