Unloading steel wire rope pre-tightening and fixing device
The invention discloses an unloading steel wire rope pre-tightening and fixing device. An embedded steel bar ring is arranged at the outer end of a building main body; after the steel wire rope penetrates through the embedded steel bar rings, the two ends of the steel wire rope are sequentially connected with nodes of the outer frame, and saddle buckles are adopted for locking at the joints; according to the one-piece saddle buckle, the two integrated saddle buckles are locked on the two steel wire ropes, the saddle buckle on the lower portion is still subjected to oblique pulling force of the steel wire rope on the lower portion, upward component force is formed, and the steel wire ropes are fixed through the pre-tightening devices. However, the saddle buckle at the upper part is only subjected to the thrust of the parallel steel wire ropes transmitted from the saddle buckle at the lower part, is not subjected to oblique component force, and can ensure that upward sliding does not occur, so that the saddle buckle at the lower part does not slide upwards, the steel wire ropes are kept tightened, proper tension can be provided to share the load of the outer frame, and instability caused by overlarge stress on a bottom vertical rod is avoided; and the safety of the whole frame body is ensured.
本发明公开了一种卸荷钢丝绳预紧及固定装置,在建筑主体外端设置预埋钢筋环;钢丝绳穿过预埋钢筋环后其两端依次与外架的节点连接,且在连接处采用马鞍扣锁定;在钢丝绳上设置有预紧装置,然后再预紧装置处的钢丝绳上安装固定装置,本发明中连体马鞍扣利用一体的两个马鞍扣锁紧在两条钢丝绳上,下部的马鞍扣仍然受下段钢丝绳的斜向拉力,形成向上的分力,但上部的马鞍扣只受到下部马鞍扣传来的平行钢丝绳的推力,不受斜向分力,可以保证不出现向上滑动,从而保证下部马鞍扣不出现向上滑动的情况,钢丝绳保持收紧,能提供适当的拉力分担外架荷载,避免底部立杆受力过大出现失稳,保证整个架体的安全性。
