Modularized aluminum-wood combined template structure and construction process thereof
The invention provides a modularized aluminum-wood combined formwork structure which comprises an aluminum formwork system and particularly comprises a wood formwork system, the wood formwork system comprises a wood formwork and two first battens arranged on the two sides of the back face of the wood formwork, and longitudinal embedded part penetrating holes are formed in the wood formwork. The first batten is provided with a plurality of transverse first connecting holes used for connecting the aluminum mold system and the wood mold system, and the aluminum mold system is flush with the back face and the front face of the wood mold system. The invention further provides a construction process of the modularized aluminum-wood combined formwork structure. The construction process comprises the steps that 1, steel bar binding and embedded part embedding of the cast-in-place concrete structure are constructed; 2, mounting a modularized aluminum-wood combined template structure, namely preparing a wood pattern system and mounting the wood pattern system; a plurality of aluminum mold systems are spliced around the wood mold system; mounting the back arris until the back arris is pressed on the aluminum mould system and the wood mould system; and 3, subsequent working procedures. By the adoption of the finalization and modularization design, the requirement for industrial production of buildings can be met, and the requirement for on-site flexible construction can also be met.
本发明提出一种模数化铝木结合模板结构,其包括有铝模体系,特别地还包括有木模体系,木模体系包括有木模板和设于木模板背面两侧的2根第一木方,木模板上具有纵向预埋件穿孔,第一木方上具有横向的多个第一连接孔用于将铝模体系与木模体系连接,铝模体系与木模体系背面及正面均持平。又提出该模数化铝木结合模板结构施工工艺,步骤有:1,施工现浇混凝土结构的钢筋绑扎及预埋预埋件;2,安装模数化铝木结合模板结构,包括有:准备木模体系安装木模体系;在木模体系周围拼装多个铝模体系;安装背楞至其压紧于铝模体系及木模体系上;3,后续工序。本发明采用定型化、模数化设计,既能满足建筑工业化生产的方向,又能满足现场灵活化施工的要求。
