The invention discloses an auxiliary construction structure for a constructional column and a construction method. The auxiliary construction structure comprises an adjustable formwork and a limiting assembly. The adjustable template comprises a fixed template, an end plate, an upper back plate and a lower back plate; the upper back plate is arranged on the upper section of the middle of the rear side of the end plate in a limited and sliding manner, and the lower back plate is arranged on the lower section of the middle of the rear side of the end plate in a limited and sliding manner; the end plate is limited in the adjusting gap, the upper back plate is adjusted to be combined with the top edge of the adjusting gap, and the lower back plate is adjusted to be combined with the bottom edge of the adjusting gap; the adjustable formwork is limited between a wall face I located at the transverse left end of the constructional column and a wall face II located at the transverse right end of the constructional column through the limiting assembly so that the adjustable formwork can shield the side face of the longitudinal face of the constructional column. The mold matching time can be shortened, the material turnover rate is increased, and meanwhile the construction efficiency is improved.
