According to the special-shaped curved surface concrete pouring and prestress tensioning control method, during concrete pouring, safety control over a whole supporting system and concrete pouring thickness control are conducted according to the numerical value of a pressure sensor; when any actual value of safety control and concrete pouring thickness control of the whole supporting system is inconsistent with a theoretical value, the poured concrete thickness or a supporting vertical rod is checked in time; and after concrete of the poured special-shaped curved surface concrete shell is hardened, structural prestress tensioning construction operation of the special-shaped curved surface concrete shell is carried out, and the axial force change, caused by the prestress tensioning construction operation, of the supporting vertical rod is controlled to be within a preset range through a pressure sensor. The construction method can be suitable for general construction of different concrete curved surface shell structures, the construction difficulty is reduced, the construction efficiency and the construction safety are improved, and meanwhile risk control over projects in the construction process is enhanced.
本发明提供了一种异形曲面混凝土浇筑及预应力张拉控制方法,在混凝土浇筑时,根据压力传感器的数值对整个支撑体系安全控制和混凝土浇筑厚度控制进行双重控制;当整个支撑体系安全控制和混凝土浇筑厚度控制的任意一项实际数值与理论值不一致时,及时进行排查浇筑的混凝土厚度或支撑立杆;在浇筑好的异形曲面混凝土壳体的混凝土硬化之后,进行异形曲面混凝土壳体的结构预应力张拉施工操作,通过压力传感器控制因预应力张拉施工操作所导致的支撑立杆的轴力变化在预设范围内。本发明可适用于不同混凝土曲面壳体结构的通用建造,降低施工难度,提高施工效率和施工安全性,同时加强建造过程中对项目的风险控制。
