The invention discloses a device for improving pouring compactness and vibrating quality of mass concrete, which comprises a vibrating reinforcing mesh comprising longitudinal vibrating reinforcing steel bars and transverse vibrating reinforcing steel bars, the longitudinal vibrating reinforcing steel bars are arranged in gaps of constructional reinforcing steel bars of a concrete structure, one end of each longitudinal vibrating reinforcing steel bar is connected with an inner formwork through a fixing sleeve, and the other end of each longitudinal vibrating reinforcing steel bar is connected with an outer formwork through a fixing sleeve; the other end is connected with the outer template through a fixed sleeve; the transverse vibration reinforcing steel bars are arranged in gaps of constructional reinforcing steel bars of the concrete structure and are connected with the longitudinal vibration reinforcing steel bars; and the vibrating motor is connected with the vibrating reinforcing mesh through a vibration transmission piece so as to transmit vibration to the vibrating reinforcing mesh. The vibrating reinforcing mesh is laid in the gaps of the constructional reinforcing steel bars of the concrete structure, and the vibrating motor is used for driving the vibrating reinforcing mesh to vibrate, so that concrete is vibrated. Vibration is conducted in a mode of vibrating the reinforcing mesh, the beneficial effects of being uniform and comprehensive in vibration and the like are achieved, and the phenomena of vibration missing, uneven vibration and the like are effectively avoided.
