The invention discloses a method for improving the corrosion resistance of concrete in a tidal range and splash zone of a highway in a hot sea tide environment. A silane impregnation layer, an adhesive layer, a PVF adhesive tape layer, a noctilucent material layer and a colored transparent acrylic plate layer are sequentially arranged outwards from a concrete subbase layer. And the silane impregnant, the adhesive, the high-performance adhesive tape and the acrylic cover panel are combined for use, so that the corrosion resistance of marine concrete in a tidal range zone and a splash zone in a hot sea tide environment can be improved. And the PVF adhesive tape layer is used for protecting the silane impregnant and the outer surface of the concrete. The colored transparent acrylic plate can separate the floating objects from the concrete member, and plays a buffering role in the process that the floating objects impact the concrete member.
本发明公开了一种炎热海潮环境公路中潮差区浪溅区混凝土耐腐蚀提升方法，包括由混凝土底基层依次向外设置的：硅烷浸渍层、胶黏剂层、PVF胶带层、夜光材料层和彩色透明亚克力板层。采用硅烷浸渍剂、胶黏剂、高性能胶带，亚克力罩面板的组合使用，可提高炎热海潮环境中潮差区和浪溅区海工混凝土的抗腐蚀性。以PVF胶带层对硅烷浸渍剂和混凝土外表面进行保护。彩色透明亚克力板可以对漂浮物与混凝土构件进行阻隔，在漂浮物撞击混凝土构件过程中起到缓冲作用。
