The invention relates to a negative ion wallboard and a preparation process thereof. The negative ion wallboard comprises a base material layer and a negative ion purification layer cured on the surface of the base material layer, and the negative ion purification layer comprises the following raw materials: 10-50g/m < 2 > of a UV coating, 0-20g/m < 2 > of negative ion stone powder, 0.05-0.2 g/m < 2 > of a dispersant, 2-20g/m < 2 > of heat conduction powder and 2-20g/m < 2 > of a diluent. Wherein the dispersing agent is prepared from at least one of sorbitol liver monostearate, cocamidopropyl betaine and an aluminate coupling agent. Due to the dispersing effect of the dispersing agent, the negative ion stone powder can be preferentially dispersed, so that the negative ion stone powder is effectively prevented from being clustered, the total surface area of the negative ion stone powder on the base material layer is increased, and the negative ion release amount of the negative ion wallboard is increased.
