Sodium bismuth titanate/polyvinylidene fluoride solution, preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to a sodium bismuth titanate/polyvinylidene fluoride solution, a preparation method and application thereof, and the sodium bismuth titanate/polyvinylidene fluoride solution comprises a polyvinylidene fluoride solution and two-dimensional sodium bismuth titanate powder according to a mass ratio of (4.7250-6.6615): (0.0087-0.0261). The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding bismuth oxide, titanium dioxide, anhydrous sodium carbonate, sodium chloride and absolute ethyl alcohol into a ball milling tank, uniformly mixing, washing with deionized water, drying, calcining and cooling to obtain a two-dimensional sodium bismuth titanate precursor (NBT4); uniformly mixing the two-dimensional sodium bismuth titanate precursor (NBT4), titanium dioxide, anhydrous sodium carbonate, sodium chloride and absolute ethyl alcohol, washing with deionized water, drying, calcining and cooling to obtain two-dimensional sodium bismuth titanate powder; adding two-dimensional sodium bismuth titanate powder into the polyvinylidene fluoride solution, and magnetically stirring to obtain a sodium bismuth titanate/polyvinylidene fluoride solution; the application comprises the following steps: preparing the polyvinylidene fluoride-based two-dimensional sodium bismuth titanate composite material from a sodium bismuth titanate/polyvinylidene fluoride solution by adopting a tape casting method; the preparation method is simple in process and low in cost, and the obtained composite material has relatively high energy storage density.
