At least two nut mounting grooves are formed in the upper end of the profile connecting part, an opening of each nut mounting groove faces upwards, and wedge-shaped grooves are formed in the two sides of the opening of each nut mounting groove. According to the aluminum alloy rail, the rail body is made of an aluminum alloy material, grooving and weight reduction treatment is conducted on the interior, and the whole aluminum alloy rail is light in self weight and convenient to carry and install; the butt joint of the rails is directly installed through nuts, holes do not need to be assembled again, and assembly and disassembly are convenient.
本发明公开了一种轻型铝合金轨道，涉及到轨道技术领域，包括由铝合金材质制成的轨道本体，所述轨道本体的上端设有型材连接部，用于挂接在外部的型材上，所述轨道本体的下端设有配件连接部，所述型材连接部的上端开设有至少两个螺母安装槽，每一所述螺母安装槽的开口均朝上设置，且每一所述螺母安装槽的开口处的两侧均开设有楔形沟槽。本发明中，轨道本体采用铝合金材质，内部进行开槽减重处理，整体铝合金轨道本身自重较轻，方便搬运和安装；轨道对接处是采用螺母直接安装，不必重新配孔，装拆方便。
