The scrubbing roller is arranged at the front part of the frame and protrudes out of the frame; the guide rollers are arranged at the upper part of the frame; the cleaning roller is arranged in the cleaning tank; the extrusion roller is arranged on the frame and is higher than the cleaning roller; the scrubbing belt sequentially bypasses the scrubbing roller, the guide roller, the cleaning roller and the extrusion roller and then forms a ring shape, and the side, facing the to-be-scrubbed face, of the scrubbing belt is of a flexible porous structure; the driving assembly is arranged on the frame and is in transmission connection with the guide rollers so as to drive the scrubbing belt to move. The vehicle is adopted in the process. According to the device, manpower can be saved, the scrubbing efficiency is improved, construction can be more relaxed, and raw materials are saved.
