The invention provides a large-span curve prestressed beam and an accurate and rapid construction method thereof.The large-span curve prestressed beam comprises a steel bar body and a controller, the outer side of the steel bar body is sleeved with a formwork, a tensioning pipe is fixedly arranged in the steel bar body, a steel strand is arranged in the tensioning pipe, and a bleeding pipe is arranged at the top of the tensioning pipe; the end part of the bleeding pipe is connected with a transparent pipe, the outer side of the transparent pipe is provided with a detection device for detecting whether slurry reaches the interior of the transparent pipe, the top end of the transparent pipe is only provided with an extension pipe, and a plug and a driving part for driving the plug to abut against or be far away from the end part of the extension pipe to close or open the extension pipe are erected above the extension pipe; the driving part and the detection device are both connected with the controller; the serous fluid waste can be reduced, the bleeding pipe does not need to be closed manually, and an operator can be away from the bleeding pipe and is prevented from being polluted.
