Suspension bridge cable clamp matched with limiting device
The invention discloses a suspension bridge cable clamp matched with a limiting device. The problem that an existing suspension bridge cable clamp is prone to sliding under the action of lateral force is solved. The suspension bridge cable clamp comprises a cable clamp body and a matched limiting device, and the limiting device comprises a limiting prestress steel strand, a limiting anchorage device and a limiting clamping piece. The limiting anchorage devices are arranged at the tops of the upper halves of the two shroud rings on the outermost side of the cable clamp body respectively, the two limiting anchorage devices are fixed through the limiting prestressed steel strands and the limiting clamping pieces, the shroud rings of the cable clamp body can be better connected together, acting force of different shroud rings can be dispersed to other shroud rings, and therefore the clamping effect of the cable clamp body is improved. The stress of the cable clamp body is more balanced, and the whole stress of the suspension bridge is not influenced by slippage; and the plurality of lock clamp devices on the main cable can be connected in series into a whole through the limiting prestressed steel strand, and the lateral unbalanced force of a certain lock clamp is balanced through the multi-cable clamp device. The suspension bridge cable clamp is particularly suitable for being used in a newly-built suspension bridge.
本发明公开了一种配套限位装置的悬索桥索夹,解决现有悬索桥的索夹在侧向力作用下易出现滑移的问题。本悬索桥索夹包括索夹本体,还配套限位装置,所述限位装置包括限位预应力钢绞线、限位锚具和限位夹片。本发明通过在索夹本体最外侧的两个箍环上半的顶部分别设置限位锚具,并通过限位预应力钢绞线及限位夹片将两个限位锚具进行固定,即可将索夹本体的多个箍环更好地连接在一起,不同箍环的作用力可以分散给其它箍环,索夹本体的受力更均衡,不易产生滑移而影响悬索桥的整体受力;又能够通过限位预应力钢绞线将主缆上的多个锁夹装置串联成一个整体,通过多索夹装置平衡某个锁夹的侧向不平衡力。本申请的悬索桥索夹尤其适于在新建的悬索桥使用。
