Longitudinal sliding trolley
The longitudinal sliding trolley comprises a mounting base, a plurality of rollers and a locking disc, and the mounting base is used for carrying a box girder outer side steel mold; the plurality of rollers are rotatably arranged at the lower end of the mounting seat along the axis in the left-right direction, the plurality of rollers comprise brake wheels, and a plurality of connecting concave parts distributed in the circumferential direction are formed on the end surfaces of the brake wheels; the locking disc is movably mounted on the mounting base in the left-right direction through an elastic piece, and a locking convex part is arranged on the locking disc and corresponds to the connecting concave part; on the forward rotation stroke of the brake wheel, the corresponding connecting concave part can extrude the locking convex part in the left-right direction so as to push the locking disc to move to avoid the brake wheel; and on the reverse rotation stroke of the brake wheel, the elastic piece can drive the locking disc to abut against the brake wheel until the locking convex part is driven to be clamped into the corresponding connecting concave part so as to limit reverse rotation of the brake wheel. And reverse rotation of the brake wheel can be limited through the locking disc, so that downward sliding of the longitudinal sliding trolley is avoided, and safe construction is ensured.
本发明公开一种纵向滑移小车,包括安装座、多个辊轮及锁止盘,安装座用以搭载箱梁外侧钢模;多个辊轮沿左右方向所处轴线转动设置于安装座的下端,多个辊轮包括制动轮,制动轮的端面上形成有沿周向分布的多个联接凹部;以及,锁止盘通过弹性件沿左右方向活动安装至安装座,锁止盘上设置有锁止凸部,且锁止凸部对应联接凹部设置;在制动轮的正向转动行程上,对应的联接凹部能沿左右方向挤压锁止凸部,以推动锁止盘活动避让制动轮;在制动轮的反向转动行程上,弹性件能驱动锁止盘抵近制动轮,直至驱使锁止凸部卡入至对应的联接凹部,以限制制动轮反向转动。通过锁止盘能限制制动轮反转,从而避免纵向滑移小车向下溜车,确保了施工的安全进行。
